Frequently Asked Questions
Your shop says you are sold out. Why?
Oftentimes, my commissions calendar is at capacity and I have to take a pause on accepting new orders until all my current projects have been completed. My social media is the best place to stay updated on when I am taking new orders if my paintings are listed as sold out!
How long will I wait to receive my painting?
Usually about 8 weeks from when I receive photos from you. Since exact timing can shift depending on the season, I’ll share a more personalized estimate once your order is confirmed.
What kind of photos of my bouquet should I send?
Any photo, professional or not, that shows your bouquet clearly will work! I recommend sending a few angles if possible so I can make sure to capture all the little details, with at least one being a full, straight view of the entire bouquet. If your professional photos are filtered, an extra picture that shows the true colors is always helpful.
My bouquet was all white, can you still paint it?
Yes! I paint on white watercolor paper, which lets me capture all the subtle tones, shadows, and textures in your flowers. I do not currently offer my pieces on colored paper, as it requires a different medium I’m less familiar with and I always want to put my very best work forward. If you are unsure if your bouquet will translate well in watercolor, feel free to reach to me directly at HannahAlaneDesign@gmail.com.
What is your refund or return policy?
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out as soon as possible. I am happy to provide you with a full refund if your request is made within 48 hours of placing your order. If you have submitted a preorder, I am able to offer a full refund up until 2 weeks before the event. Because each painting is custom-made, I am unable to accept returns otherwise. However, if your order arrives with any issues or isn’t what you expected, please contact me directly so we can make it right!
